I was reminded of that terrific dinner last night talking with Nancy Civetta (Civetta Communicazione) about that meal at Astor. I want to give her your beef heart recipe...it was so good. Her CSA meat guy threw one in with her order and she hardly eats meat. We can help her! I'll dig around here, see what I can find. Thanks again!
