So most of you know I have alot of opinions about things, especially about Offal. Here is a chance for you to hear it straight from the horses mouth me. Chow.com filmed me a few months back for 2 days and got a whole bunch of great video footage, it has been turned into 8 clips which include my thoughts on PETA , factory farming and my first offal experience.

Martha Stewart Show

Last November I had a great time in New York when I taped a live TV show. The Martha Show, with Martha Stewart and musical guest Trisha Yearwood. I prepared an option to the traditional turkey for Thanksgiving. Take a look at the video link I have attached, to see it all, 12 minutes went by really fast. And yes I did break her mortar and pestle.
