Hi everyone, found out about your blog due to pure luck when roaming around the internet this afternoon, and glad that i did! I like the design and tones, but I should say that I’m having problems when it loads. I’m using Flock 1 web browser for mac, and the header will not lineup nicely. i’m sure applied a matching design on a company’s online site, but the menu seems alright on mine. I suspect the mistake is at this end & I suppose it is time to change!

Japanese Knives are great, but they are so expensive. They can be the biggest expense on this list!
Its also worth a mention that the best mandolin slicers (including benriner) are made in Japan.
I prefer the benriner super slicer myself, you cut use much larger pieces on it.
Great article, I think the only thing I am missing is a good pizza stone.
