		<description>Do you ever hold offal demos or classes on any regular basis?  I&#039;ve done a good share of offal eating, but have almost no clue on how to prepare it at home (other than putting tripe in kare kare).  Also, Bonnie Powell over at the Ethicurian along with others is trying to get a meat CSA started so I&#039;m thinking that there should be at least a decent number of folks who might be interested?
