I really enjoyed my dinner at Incanto tonight--calves' brains with porcini, spaghettini with bottarga, and the nocino-apple tart. The server brought me some of your nudge-nudge-wink-wink "lighter fluid" and tomorrow I'll stop by with a bottle of my own--green walnuts from Jim Haag in Stanislaus County, Smirnoff 100 proof etc. A little sweeter and more viscous than yours--I hope you and the staff like it.
