		<description>I have never tried tuna tripe but I would love to.  I shop in an asian market that sells &quot;spiced
fermented pollock entrails&quot; that come from Korea.
They are not kidding when they say &quot;spiced&quot;, very
hot and loaded with garlic.  Chewy but absolutely delicious.</description>
