Radi se o kuharu koji je ekološki osviješteni Grist svrstao među 15 najzelenijih  svjetskih kuhara (naći ćete tamo i nezaobilaznog golog kuhara Jamiea Olivera i to na mjestu 6 iza Chrisa). Da ne duljim puno - video objavljen u magazinu Hungry povodom četvrte obljetnice restorana Incanto - kako to izgleda u kuhinji s glavnim kuharom Chrisom Cosentinom. [...]</description>
